Our Team

Miles Clark’s practice focuses on consumer law, class actions, and commercial litigation, particularly matters under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. He has briefed, argued, and prevailed in numerous federal appellate matters. Federal judges have appointed Miles to leadership roles in several nationwide consumer class actions, including In re Sonic Corp. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, No. 17-md-2807-JSG (N.D. Ohio) (Member, Consumer Plaintiff’s Steering Committee); Smallman v. MGM Resorts International, No. 20-cv-376-GMN-NJK (D. Nev.) (Co-Interim Liaison Counsel); and Henzel v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., No. 22-cv-529-GMN-NJK (D. Nev.) (Interim Liaison Counsel). 

During law school, Miles assisted the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee with Elena Kagan’s Supreme Court confirmation. After graduation he served as a judicial law clerk in several different courts. He then worked at a pair of litigation firms in Las Vegas before opening his own practice.
